A passion for baking & experimenting
Hi! I'm Carol and I've been in the catering industry for 20 years in some form or other. Most of that work has involved preparing and cooking main meals, but I've always had a passion for baking and tried to involve it into my work wherever I could.
A few years ago I started to invest more time into baking and I experimented with new and exciting bakes. My family and colleagues were usually my taste testers and they would tell me that my bakes were so good that they would buy them if they could. And thats how Sweet Treats by Carol was started.
I left my job and started baking full time, and I've not looked back since. I've really enjoyed creating new bakes, learning new skills and trying to master the new on trend techniques. I can honestly say it is the best move I've ever made.
